There is a private upper balcony offering superb views over the orange groves and local countryside. The property is set in a walled garden and courtyard area, totally enclosed and safe for children. Garden and balcony have table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun loungers are provided. Barbeque also available. A communal swimming pool is just 2 minutes away for the sole use of the local residents. There is secure parking within the grounds of the villa, plus further off-street parking.

Villablanca is a charming and peaceful traditional white Spanish village in a rural setting just to the north of Ayamonte. The village has all local amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants, banks, play areas etc… all within walking distance. The pretty fishing port of Ayamonte is located in the western-most part of Andalusia, on the mouth of the Guadiana river that serves as a border with Portugal; it is only 10 minutes drive away, offering a further variety of shops, bars and restaurants around its attractive tree-lined plazas. A further 5-10 minute drive brings you to the beach resort of Isla Canela where miles of beautiful unspoilt white sandy beaches can be found. Further afield but still within easy reach are the Doñana National Park, the beautiful city of Seville, and the caves of Aracena. Its proximity to the Portuguese Algarve provides further attractions such as water parks and other theme parks ideal for families, all within less than an hour's drive.
Golfers will be spoilt for choice – numerous good quality 18-hole golf courses can be found within 30 minutes drive, on either side of the border on the Spanish or Portuguese Algarve.
