Casa Cedro is a brand new luxury 4 double bedroom villa overlooking the 10th fairway of Nuevo Portil golf course.It is furnished inside and out to a very high standard, with seating for 8 in a spacious lounge, complete with satellite TV and stereo and a dining area to accommodate 8 people. Two sets of patio doors open onto the garden, pool and outside dining areas with garden chairs and tables, recliners and BBQ facilities. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with twin beds, ( 1 with en-suite shower room ), a family bathroom, separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery for 12 people and a living/dining room. The upstairs master double bedroom has twin beds, en-suite shower room and a large roof terrace overlooking the golf course. The front of the villa has secure off-road parking for 2 cars and a main entrance leads onto an enclosed courtyard which provides a safe play area for children and is also equipped for alfresco dining.

The villa is situated within the Nuevo Portil Campo de Golf overlooking the 10th fairway of the golf course. The long sandy beaches and beautiful climate this area offers makes it the perfect location for families and golfers, there are 8 golf courses within half an hour drive. All the golf courses in this area offer excellent value for money at a fraction of the cost of those on the nearby Algarve and the 2 nearby hotels offer spa/fitness facilities. Nuevo Portil Golf Resort blends into the small town of El Portil, which has shops, restaurants and supermarkets. For the younger folk there is a Karting track and water park and night life in Punta Umbria 15 minutes away. The fishing village of El Rompido is a 5 minute drive along the coast with excellent fish restaurants, a marina and 2 golf courses. In Huelva, which is 20 minutes away, numerous shops and a historic old centre can be found. The Donana National Park lies within 1 hour drive offering a variety of birds and wildlife.



Beach: The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away and has miles of golden sand. There is a long spit of land offshore running parallel with the coast which is accessible by water ferry and creates a natural sheltered lagoon for boating and watersports.

Golf: The villa is located front line on the Nuevo Portil golf course with the clubhouse 5 minutes drive away. Other local golf courses include El Rompido ( 2 courses ), Islantilla, Isla Canela, Bellavista,Costa Esuri ( 2 courses ). Castro Marim and Quinta da Ria are just across the border in Portugal.
