The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is Satellite television and a CD player in the sitting room. A high chair and cot are provided. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Electric fans for the summer, woodburner and radiators in bedrooms for the winter.
The house is cleaned once a week and the swimming pool is regularly maintained. All towels, beach towels and linen are included.
Banks, bars, restaurants, church, a market, supermarket and taxi rank are all within a 5 minute walk, yet despite the proximity of many facilities, the house retains an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
The beach at El Palmar is a 10 minute car journey.
A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required to secure a reservation with the balance payable one month in advance. Details of check in will be sent to clients on confirmation of bookng. A 100 euro fully refundable deposit is payable on arrival. Preferred change over day is Saturday.
