Beautiful 4 bed villa with 10m x 5m pool, situated in Pago Melilla, Novo Sancti Petri. The villa is in a private road opposite a vineyard and within a short walking diatance of the Natural Park.
Walking distance to the renowned golf courses of Pago Melilla and Novo Sancti Petri. Reataurant and local venta only a couple of minutes walk for breakfasts, lunches, dinner and drinks. Horse riding lessons are available for all levels within short walking distance.

The villa has a large modern kitchen with granite work tops, containing dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, wine cooler, microwave and electric grill. There is a brick built BBQ outside and bikes are available for hire. The large sitting room has satelite TV and a large collection of books, videos and DVD's. All rooms have ceiling fans and mosquito screens fitted. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite with large walk in shower.basin, wc and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds, 3rd bedroom has single bed and 4th has a single bed and double sofa bed. The family bathroom has a large bath with shower over, wc and bidet.
The blue flag beaches of La Barossa are a five minute drive with cafe's, shops and restaurants. The port of Sancti Petri is a 10 minute drive where there is an abudance of watersports, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, scuba diving. Chiclana is a 15min drive were there are daily markets and a bustling centre.
Jerez airport is 50minutes, Gibralta 1hr 30, Malaga 2hours and Seville 1hr 40mins.
The villa is situated in an area of outstanding beauty and an ornothologists heaven. Daily trips are available for whale watching from Tarifa and ferries operate daily to Tangiers.
