This traditional Andalucian patio house can comfortably accommodate four persons. The newly refurbished, three-level house is accessed via a beautiful flower-filled patio with its own watering well, and it's located in a quiet residential street within the 'old town' area. There's easy nearby parking, and the main square, shops, bars and restaurants are just a short five-minute walk away.
Vejer de la Frontera is the ideal holiday location for anyone who wants to experience a part of Spain where tourists are still a rarity. The historic city of Cadiz, the sherry-making town of Jerez de la Frontera, and some of Spain's best golden sand beaches are just a short drive away, and the rugged Costa de la Luz coastline has fantastic views to Morocco.
This patio house offers comfortable accommodation split over three levels, with a large double bedroom on the first level and a second double bedroom on the third level. The second level has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area for self-catering, and the lounge area comfortably accommodates four people.
The open-plan kitchen/dinning area is equipped with a dishwasher, four-ring electric hob, microwave/grill, family-sized refrigerator/freezer and washing machine and dryer.
The lounge comfortably seats four people, and there's UK satellite and Spanish TV, as well as a music sytem.
All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, but please note that we do not provide beach towels.
The rooftop terrace has fantastic views over the historic town and to the rugged Atlantic coast, and is a great spot for alfresco dining and watching the changing colours of the town at sunset.
Our house manager in Vejer will meet you on arrival with keys and local information. A welcome food pack is available on request if you are arriving late or on a Sunday, and cleaning during your stay can be arranged through our house manager. Please request details at the time of booking.
A 20 percent deposit is required to secure a booking. Full balance is payable no later than one month prior to rental period. We prefer payment via bank transfer to our UK account. We can accept credit card payments made via PayPal, but have to include a five percent administration charge for this service. A welcome food box and additional cleaning service are available on request. Please ask for details.
