This is a new 2 bedroom apartment built inside the facade of an old bodega in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Within walking distance of all the old town's tourist attractions and close to the riverside restauarant area of the town.

The apartment has swimming and paddling pools open in the summer months and underground parking and is in a secure gated compound. You can catch the local bus to the resort areas of Valdelagrana and Visterhermosa - and the town beach is a 20 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment has TV and DVD, full kitchen with Microven Oven/Grill, and washing machine

Sleeps up to 6. (Double bedroom, Twin room and Sofa bed in the lounge area.) Marble floors throughout.

Suitable for children but not toddlers so no children aged 3 and under - sorry.

Prices below assume up to 4 people - for 5 or 6 people please add an extra £15 per person per week.

This apartment has the largest terrace (22m²) in the complex which has afternoon sun but is partly covered allowing you to sit outside in all weathers. There is also a private courtyard terrace situated off the kitchen

I'm also willing to consider part-week lets - during peak season part week lets and midweek start and finishes will attract a premium.

RyanAir fly to Seville from Stansted AND Liverpool - transfer time from Seville is at most 1½hours by car - or you could get the train - Seville Train Staion is a 20Euro ride from the airport and there are trains approximately every ½ hour.
