Problems Logging In?

If you are an owner and are having problems logging in please read the information below:

Before Logging In

Before you can log in you will need to register for an account with Costa-Luz-Holiday.com.  Fill in the form at the bottom of the 'My Account' area and you will then be sent a confirmation e-mail.  You will then be able to log in straight away.

Cookie & Browser Settings

Please make sure that you have your browser e.g. Internet Explorer set to allow ‘cookies’.  If your pc is not set to accept cookies you will not be able to log on and add your property details.

To change your settings follow the points below:

• Go into Internet Explorer
• Click on Tools in the menu bar
• Select Intenet Options
• Click on the Privacy tab and make sure it is set to allow cookies

Most computers will already have the correct settings so you won't have to take any action.

Accessing Account via Internet Explorer

If you have problems accessing your account via Internet Explorer please follow these steps:

- Go to Tools in Internet Explorer
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on the General tab
- Delete Cookies
- Log in again – if you cannot access still close the site and then re-open it.
